Boeing Global Services has an exciting opportunity for a Cabin Modification and Maintenance ProductManagement Specialist in Seattle, WA. to lead further development on our Cabin, Modifications and Maintenance (CM&M) team. CM&M provides comprehensive and up-to-date passenger Modifications and Engineering Services that provide maximum lifecycle value and enable commercial airplane operators to meet the usage demands of its flight crews and passengers.
Position Responsibilities:
Business development, technical, project management, and commercial strategy expertise in areas that include, but are not limited to aircraft connectivity modification development and certification, proposal development, Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) development, regulatory requirement familiarity (i.e. FAA, EASA), airline and lessor operations, aircraft and airline economics, partnering, and/or related fieldsWorking across integrated functional teams and business units to develop and execute new product and service development plansIdentifying and validating unaddressed commercial opportunitiesDefining commercial strategy to address underserved customer needsDeveloping quantitative business casesCultivating customer relationshipsSecuring internal and external senior leadership agreementDriving implementation plans required to bring new products and solutions to market on time and on budgetBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management skills5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role5+years of experience with developing and delivering presentations to Senior LeadersPrevious experience in one or more: avionics, connectivity, or interiorsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Summary Pay Range: 124,950 – 169,050
