This includes greeting guests, managing cabana reservations, facilitating food and beverage service, and ensuring that cabana areas are clean, well-stocked, and exceed guest expectations. The role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment. + Welcome and escort guests to their reserved cabana with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor. + Serve as the primary point of contact for cabana guests, providing personalized service throughout the day. + Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to all requests, including amenities, towel refreshes, F&B orders, and special preferences. + Coordinate with the food & beverage team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cabanas and surrounding areas. + Prepare cabanas prior to guest arrival with towels, water, menus, and other amenities. + Manage daily cabana reservations, including check-ins, check-outs, and availability. + Manage cabana inventory and strategically set pricing on Resort Pass and Way to maximize cabana sales and occupancy. + Ensure compliance with all resort policies, safety standards, and service procedures. + Communicate guest feedback, maintenance issues, or service opportunities to leadership. + Promote resort offerings and experiences to enhance the overall guest stay.
