Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a C2M Functional Consultant. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: * Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to the C2M system * Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for the C2M system * Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired C2M functionality * Review and analyze system requirements specifications for clarity, completeness, and consistency System Design and Configuration: * Participate in the design and configuration of the C2M system to meet business needs * Provide functional expertise in areas like rate design, billing configurations, and customer account management * Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M Testing and Implementation: * Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing phases (system, integration, regression, user acceptance) * Execute test scripts, analyze results, and identify and resolve defects * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end-users; Participate in cutover planning and execution, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system * Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement; Provide guidance on post-implementation support and issue triage Collaboration and Communication: * Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences; Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
