CTG is seeking to fill a C2M Functional Consultant position for our client in Dallas, TX. **Location:** Dallas, TX **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Gather and analyze business requirements related to the Customer to Meter (C2M) system. + Design and configure the C2M solution based on business needs and functional specifications. + Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of C2M functionalities. + Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including issue tracking and resolution. + Provide guidance and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system. + Document configuration details, workflows, and user guides. **Skills:** + Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M). + Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. + Proficiency in system configuration and process design. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. **Experience:** + 5+ years of experience working as a Functional Consultant in the utility sector. + 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities C2M. + Proven experience in requirements gathering, system design, and UAT support. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
