Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Hyundai C-Level Technician to join our growing service team. This entry-level position is ideal for technicians early in their automotive careers who are eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow within the Hyundai brand. The C-Tech is responsible for performing basic maintenance, light repairs, and assisting senior technicians as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and fluid checks.

Complete vehicle inspections and document findings accurately.

Assist higher-level technicians with more complex diagnostics and repairs.

Follow factory-recommended service procedures using Hyundai repair information systems.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly handle tools and equipment.

Keep up with Hyundai training requirements and strive toward certification advancement.

Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.

Completion of or enrollment in an automotive technical training program preferred.

0–2 years of experience in an automotive repair facility.

Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical components.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to follow directions and learn quickly.

Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.

Willingness to complete Hyundai online and hands-on training modules.

Preferred Skills (not required):
Previous Hyundai or dealership experience a plus.

Basic understanding of GDS (Global Diagnostic System) or similar scan tools.

ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific certifications encouraged.
