As a Product Development Technologist, you'll take full ownership of the development lifecycle—from concept to launch—bringing high-quality, nutritious, and innovative products to pets across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing:Lead product trials at pilot and full-scale manufacturing to bring new Care & Treats products to life.
Design and execute testing plans, ensuring products meet performance, quality, and safety standards.
Champion pet nutrition by ensuring all products meet defined nutritional and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including control specifications and technical details.
Be the product expert by providing technical insight into product design and formulation.
Deliver project reports post-launch, clearly capturing outcomes and learnings within ±3 months.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biological, nutrition or food sciences.
2-3 years in a Manufacturing environment working in Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, or Product/Process Development
Working knowledge of food processing or product development is highly preferred.
Understanding of food testing methods and interpretation of results.
Experience in the application of scientific methodology.
Strong communication skills.
