Job Description

Design pay policy and implementation
1. Update pay policy to result in external competitiveness and internal fairness
2. Govern annual salary review procedure under the pay policy and prove the cost effectiveness
3. Design and maintain effective compensation structures
4. Position evaluation
5. Market remuneration survey

HR policy and process
1. Design local HR policy and guidelines
2. Keep existing HR regulations or guidelines updated 
3. Harmonize RBCW policies with the country ones
4. Design and improve HR processes
5. Propose effectiveness improvement measures of HR processes: KPIs
6. HR Quality Process Coordinator
7. HR Reporting

QualificationsBachelor Degree and Above 5 year plus working experience in in C&B or HR Policy related is required,Working experience in HR consulting firm preferredHigh degree of numerical reasoning and accuracySAP Experience; HR Legal Requirement UnderstandingGood MS Office skills especially Excel and Power point  Working experience in management controlling preferred
