Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications and drivers for Windows Embedded Compact 7, ensuring high performance and reliability.Implement real-time simulation logic and develop efficient rendering techniques for UI components in Windows CE.Create and maintain touch screen HMI applications for embedded devices, focusing on user experience and responsiveness.Perform DLL development and deployment on Windows Embedded Compact, adhering to CE-specific constraints such as real-time threading.Develop networking and communication protocols, including UDP/IP communication implementation and socket programming.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring system stability and performance.Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in embedded systems programming.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on embedded systems and industrial controllers.Proficiency in C++ for backend development, with extensive experience in embedded and systems-level programming.Strong knowledge of C# for frontend development, particularly in creating touch screen HMI applications.Experience with Windows Embedded Compact 7, including application and driver development.Familiarity with real-time threading and CE-specific constraints.Solid understanding of networking and communication protocols, including UDP/IP and socket programming.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
