Key Responsibilities

Zoom Platform Administration:Administration of the Zoom platform in an enterprise environment, including user provisioning, license management, and feature enablement.Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure high availability and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the Zoom platform.End-User Experience:Champion a seamless and intuitive end-user experience by proactively identifying and addressing user needs.Gather and act on feedback from users to continuously improve the platform’s usability and functionality.Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they maximize productivity with the Zoom platform.Risk Management:Act as a risk manager for the Zoom platform, identifying and mitigating potential risks related to performance, security, and compliance.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure platform stability and business continuity.Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to uphold enterprise-wide risk management practices.Security and Compliance:Ensure the Zoom platform complies with enterprise security policies and audit requirements.Implement and maintain access management controls to safeguard sensitive information.Address audit findings and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in collaboration with security and compliance teams.Feature Assessment and Release Management:Evaluate new Zoom features and updates, assessing their impact on the enterprise environment.Develop and maintain a framework for feature assessment and reviews.Create and manage a release process to ensure the client environment remains current, secure, and aligned with business needs.Networking and Integration:Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to optimize Zoom performance.Troubleshoot networking issues related to the Zoom platform and ensure seamless integration with enterprise tools and systems.Room-Based Conferencing:Comprehensive understanding of the relationship between room-based AV hardware solutions and the Zoom platform such as registering Zoom rooms and managing Zoom Room software.Collaborate with AV/IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in room-based conferencing setups.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation for Zoom platform configurations, processes, and procedures.Provide regular reports on platform usage, performance, compliance, and risk management.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing the Zoom platform in an enterprise environment with direct experience with Zoom Meetings, Webinars and Phone.Strong understanding of Zoom administration, including user management, settings configuration, and troubleshooting.Basic knowledge of core networking concepts (e.g., bandwidth requirements, firewalls, and QoS).Familiarity with access management principles and tools.Understanding of audit and compliance requirements for enterprise collaboration platforms.Strong risk management mindset with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.Passion for delivering a seamless and intuitive end-user experience.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing Zoom Scheduler.Experience with legacy voice environments (Avaya, Cisco).Experience with similar collaboration platforms such as Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams.Experience creating a framework for managing feature assessments and reviews.Proven ability to design and implement a release process for maintaining a secure and current client environment.Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and collaboration tools.Experience with room-based conferencing concepts, including hardware and software integration.Relevant certifications (e.g., Zoom Administrator, ITIL, or similar).
