Creates & evaluates supply market facts and trends, and defines implications for sourcing strategiesProvides a fact-based understanding of current supplier base and intelligence on contracts termsNegotiate and deliver savings to meet business requirements and Procurement objectives.Manages communications with suppliers and serves as key point of contactHelp design and execute the RFI and RFQ and leads supplier negotiationsHelps design & lead the implementation plan of the buy strategy, globallyWorks closely with global team to understand business /regional needs and develop sourcing strategy optionsCreate leveraged agreements as appropriateLead bid meetingsNegotiate terms & conditions and create white paper agreementsResolve supplier performance issuesLead and enable effective resolution of emergency sourcing needsCalculate and report accomplishments in all appropriate systemsMinimize single source situations by qualifying additional suppliersUnderstand business needs

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree with preferred focus on Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Supply Chain ManagementAdvanced Excel Skills and moderate experience in Microsoft Office products and SharePoint2-5 years of sourcing or supply chain management experienceSix Sigma Green Belt desiredSourcing work experience preferredCommodity knowledge preferred

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders.
