Maintaining relations with the suppliers.
Reviews requisitions and MRP output.
MRP execution based on weekly messages to release purchase orders and g et PO confirmations
Coordinate shipments (pick up) and material reception in warehouse.
Daily follow up on purchasing metrics.
Customs clearance (raw material) ... Coordinate Purchasing activities (MPR Execution)
Keep under control all metrics related to materials procurement
Responsible of the successful of any account/customer.
Placing orders for necessary raw materials and purchased parts according to the requirements of the production.
Receiving and handling the confirmations.
Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List.
Tracking shipments, urging them if needed.
Maintains procurement records, reports and metrics.

No Degree Required

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Analytic, motivated.
