**Adecco** is seeking an experienced **Buyer/Purchaser** with a strong background in **supply chain** . You'll be responsible for acquiring materials and services, ensuring they arrive on time to meet production needs, and managing vendor relationships. + **Pay Rate** : $30 - $35/hr + **Location:** Onsite – Pittsburgh, PA + **Shift** : M – F 8:00am – 5:00pm + **Type:** Temp to hire **Responsibilities:** + Procurement: You'll review requests and create purchase orders. A major part of your job will be resolving any material shortages quickly to keep production on schedule. + Communication: You'll be in constant contact with different internal departments (cross-functional teams), vendors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate material delivery. + Record Keeping: You'll maintain detailed procurement records in systems like Oracle (or other ERP systems), tracking costs, lead times, and delivery arrangements. + Financial & Follow-up: This includes handling invoice referrals and making sure vendors are paid on time.
