Job Description:
The Buyer - Promotional Products and Accessories will provide professional support for the implementation, management, and evaluation for all phases of promotional products and accessories. This role is essential to driving our brand presence through high-quality merchandise while maintaining margin targets, supplier relationships, and inventory health.
The Buyer-Promotional Products and Accessories will collaborate cross-functionally with key players in Marketing, Creative, Digital, Procurement, Sales and Finance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of product programs that align with our brand and customer strategies.
This position will be responsible for managing promotional product inventory on our multiple webstores along with the Cambria Store in Belle Plaine, MN.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sources, procures and makes purchases for the promotional product category for all of Cambria. This would include uniforms, promotional products, quartz accessories and other items deemed important to the business. These would be in accordance with company procedures and regulations
Manages inventory at the Cambria Store in Belle Plaine, MN, webstores inclusive of Merchandise items on CambriaUSA website and the Print Store
Executes the overall strategic business vision for a category
Manages supplier relationships with total cost of ownership principles
Works with suppliers to secure quotes and internal business partners to understand requirements
Responsible for internal item set ups, min/max, lifecycle management
Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of product utilizing the ERP system
Expedites orders as needed
Develop and implement efficiencies, standardized tools, practices and procedures
Partner with external departments to construct and manage a category of business financial targets and budgets
Leverage customer feedback to build product assortments with a data driven mindset
Interact with other teams to set expectations, report on, and coordinate progress in a project
Handles and resolves non-routine inquiries and problems for internal and external customers
Uses computerized systems for tracking and gathering information, troubleshooting, recording, and providing data in support of customer service issues
May include supporting and/or managing Marketing-led initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Experience: 3-5 years of purchasing experience. Promotional products experience preferred
Systems: Strong computer skills using Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel). Proficient with Google Suites, Oracle, Salesforce preferred

Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. May stand or sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift or move materials up to 40 lbs.
Travel Requirements: Local travel to other Cambria locations for meetings and store sales required
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $63,000 - $80,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
