This Commodity Implementation Buyer position will be responsible for purchasing commodities that help support the Ford EV revolution. Position will entail responsibilities on delivering excellence on Ford’s Hybrid and Battery Electric Vehicles through providing technical and negotiation expertise related one or more components listed below. The candidate can expect to interact with supplier contacts primarily in North America, but could potentially be from other regions of the world. The candidate will also interact with internal Ford personnel in North America, Europe, and China, as well as CAF (Ford/Changan joint venture) and Ford Otosan.

Deep understanding of one of the commodities listed above Individual contributor with opportunity to show leadership capabilities Preferred Engineering background. Excitement to be on the leading edge of the Ford EV revolution and willingness to bring enthusiasm and creative thinking to a dynamic space Purchasing policy and process knowledge with experience using Purchasing tools and systems.
