The Exterior team is looking for a buyer to join the Platform Structures team. This highly visible and dynamic desk would be responsible for stamped components such as hitches and front structures while working with a well balanced cross functional team. The buyer will be a key supplier lead, driving negotiations and developing important relationships. + Drive closure of complex negotiations, both in ongoing TVM and in program quotes + Develop strategy for the platform stamped commodities and follow through by executing successful sourcing projects + Source on time and on target! + Present to leadership in claim proposals and DSF approval forums + Act as supplier lead, developing key relationships with our supplier partners Bachelor's degree Negotiation and Organization skills You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
