Responsibilities & Duties + Sourcing high-quality materials and components for the aerospace industry. Must be familiar with ITAR requirements and restrictions. + Orchestrating supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. + Communicate effectively to Sales and Production teams on any lead time issues or obsolete material that will impact shipments. + Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure sourced materials meet quality and performance standards. + Have a working knowledge of MRP databases (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) Requirements Minimum Requirements: + Associate's degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field or at least 3 years of experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). + Excellent organizational, teamwork and negotiating skills. + Experience with buying miscellaneous supplies or equipment for a business + Manufacturing and/or Defense industry preferred
