POSITION SUMMARY
Assist manager and Asia/Australia Hotel Food Procurement team on supplier outreaching, inquiry, invoice and statement verification, key economic data maintenance, supplier filing/record/tracker management, other data support services.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Good at filing and documenting and keeping records including saving, performances, purchasing data, etc. Manages suppliers on delivery performance. Sends RFQ to suppliers and makes analysis. Supports fleets operation within Asian markets. Supports Commodity Manager on any other tasks/assignments as required. Performs other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

3-5 years related procurement experience or specialized technical experience.  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in related field.   Negotiation and analytical skills required.   Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management.  Ability to compute and analysis with advanced knowledge of modern office software/tool, such as excel, power BI, power query...etc   Ability to write reports, business correspondence,
