We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Tab for a Buyer position.

What a typical day looks like:

Follow the purchasing processes defined in the ERP systemOrder materials needed for the production based on the demands received from Planning and based on purchasing parameters received from NPI buyersDocument and control the PO confirmationsTrack and control the deliveries from suppliers, check and discuss the delivery discrepancies with the suppliersKeep continuous contact with the suppliersBlocked invoice handlingFollow the escalation flow coming from material shortages due to various reasonsParticipate in shortage calls, meetingsProvide accurate data for shortage reporting on a daily basisArrange and track deliveries of purchase orders based on the instructions of the transport teamOptimize transportation costs, avoid extra costsOptimize raw material inventory

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Minimum High School degreeVerbal and written fluency in Hungarian & EnglishStrong Excel knowledge  BA or MA in a related field (logistics, economics) is an advantage and we are open to Fresh Graduates1-2 years professional experience in procurement/purchasing/logistics fields in an advantageStrong analytical & problem solving skillsOutstanding customer (external and internal) relationship skills
