Conducts research on potential suppliers and vendors; promotions, and other industry trends as a source of accurate and up-to-date information for purchasing activities. Enters data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date supplier and vendor information; to track purchase and the status of orders and deliveries; and to generate purchasing reports and statistics.
