**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:**
+ Purchase material to support operations based on standard and nonstandard demand.
+ Resolve errors on purchase orders as the need arises.
+ Investigate and resolve root cause nonconformance material.
+ Review and address past due, stock outs and expediting orders in a timely manner.
+ Supervise price increases and communicate changes as necessary to Supply Management.
+ Review safety stock levels and adjust based on historical or forecasted demand.
+ Work closely with Supply Management to lead all aspects of the global supply management process.
+ Work with Materials team on component changes that affect primary location size and PFEP integrity.
**This position is based in Blaine, MN, and our new facility will open in early 2026. Upon hire, onboarding and training will be held at our facility in Anoka, MN until the Blaine facility opens.**
**YOU HAVE:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is required.
+ 2+ years of experience in a supply chain function such as purchasing, sourcing, planning, or inventory control is required.
+ Knowledge of MRP and/or related systems.
+ Shown ability to communicate written and orally, collaborate and interact professionally with all levels in an organization.
+ Demonstrated analytical skills to support problem solving and decision making.
+ Proven experience in conflict resolution including the ability to address difference of opinions or facts and use the most appropriate method to reach an effective solution.
+ Demonstrated project management skills to develop plans, meet deadlines, coordinate work groups and balance multiple demands.
