In This Role You Will:

Analyze MRP outputs, execute rescheduling actions, process purchase orders (POs) and requests for quotations (RFQs), and coordinate procurement activities to meet demand

Maintain accurate purchasing data for all components, including lead times, pricing, inventory levels, and country of origin

Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure material availability throughout the product lifecycle

Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, quality, project management, product management, and finance

Resolve invoice discrepancies (GR/IR) in partnership with the accounts payable team

Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities with sourcing and finance teams

Support strategic supplier development initiatives and mitigate supply chain risks

Monitor supplier performance against KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost, inventory reduction, and quality

Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a related field (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience

SCMP or CSCP certification

Proven knowledge of inventory management

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with custom engineered projects

Background in electronics or electrical technology

Strong negotiation and project management skills
