We are now seeking to fill an immediate, full-time, permanent position in Port-Louis, Mauritius.
Job Purpose:
Execute and ensure procurement processes and activities in the Purchasing Center. Collaborate within the team in a range of activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services on terms that are in the organization's best interest.
Your tasks:
Organize and execute the purchase to pay process ensuring compliance with global, regional and local procedures and policiesExplore and capture internal demand; handle non-catalogue requestsActively drive the use of procurement cataloguesBuild good relationships with suppliers and internal business partnersOversee and / or use the support of the purchasing support rolesProvide user support on e-Purchasing tools (e.g. first level support, management of e-purchasing catalogue)Provide second level support for issue solving and master data managementSupport Senior Buyer with continuous process improvementYour profile:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification0 – 3 years of Procurement, Data input, Customer Service experience, other support role experience or IT experienceEnglish and French at least B2 or higher is a MUST. Additional language skills are a plus.Being responsible, proactive and detail orientedGood computer literacyTeam playerWe offer:
