We are looking for a Non-Product Supply Chain Buyer to support day-to-day purchasing activities for indirect goods and services. This role focuses on processing purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records while following company procurement policies.
What You will Do:
· Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders for indirect goods and services, such as office supplies, maintenance materials, and facility services.
· Ensure accurate order entry and track delivery timelines to meet internal needs.
· Work with approved suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and availability.
· Resolve order discrepancies, invoice issues, and returns in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
· Process orders in Ariba and ensure compliance with company policies.
· Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
What You Will Bring:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3-6 years of relevant experience
· Purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
· Familiarity with Ariba or comparable procurement software for order processing.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and suppliers.
Pay Range: $64,000-$73,000 a year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within United States.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
