Job Description
Your task:
• To manage local material, oversea material, indirect material purchase, expedite, de-expedite, or cancellation with suppliers per weekly MRP loading, to improve on Customer order fulfilment rate, to optimize production planning, reduce inventory level, reduce inbound cost.
• To co-ordinates purchasing activities with sourcing, Engineering, planning, customer service and Program team eg NPI, resource, Engineering change request.
• Preparing reports such as Material Intake Report with supllier commitment, Goods-in-transit report.
• To participate on Lead time and MOQ reduction program, Safety Stock implementation, Risk Buy Management, Staggered inbound program, cost management, local supplier tooling arrangement.
Your profile:
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administrative
• Minimum 3~5 years working experiences in Supply Chain , preferably Executive specializing in purchasing/planning or equivalent.
• Able to communicate well in spoken & written (English, Bahasa Malaysia).
• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
• Adaptability, flexibility and systematic.
• Building internal & External Relationships
• BPCS/SAP knowledge
