Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for scheduling the flow of production parts from suppliers to Terex Dungannon to efficiently support production and manage inventory to an optimum level.

Reporting to:                     Supply Chain Manager

Hours of work:                  39 ¾ HOURS 8.00 AM – 5:00 PM MONDAY – THURSDAY, 8.00 AM – 2.15 PM FRIDAY

Main duties and responsibilities 

Liaise with suppliers and productionInterpret and implement sales and operational plansAttend daily control room meetingsMonitoring and updating pricing agreementsRaising purchase orders and approving invoicesUsing the Oracle Terex Management SystemSupporting any tendering or pricing requests

Experience and Qualifications:

Third level education or equivalent preferably in a business studies, engineering or related disciplineExperience of working in a busy office environment. Supply Chain experience would be a distinct advantageGood computer skills are essential, experience of working with ERP/MRP systems would also be desirableThe ability to work as part of a team or on own initiativeExperience of Oracle would be an advantageExcellent verbal/written communication skills  CIPS qualified or working towards it preferred
