We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success at our Temecula, CA location. The Buyer is responsible for managing the procurement of materials, supplies, and services to support the production of high-quality windows and doors. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

The hourly compensation range is between $27.00 - $28.50. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities Source and purchase materials, components, and services in accordance with company policies and production requirements.Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and improve quality.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to anticipate and address material needs.Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and pricing.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and assess market trends.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably in manufacturing.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
