You will join country purchasing team and base in Yixing, your responsibilities are:

负责实施来自不同部门的间接物料采购需求的采购；评估、开发新的潜在供应商，维护以达成市场上具有竞争力的供应商群体；根据流程询价并比价分析；与供应商进行商务方面的谈判，选定合适的供应商并确保优质的交货周期和价格；负责采购物品的合同审核、订单维护、订单交货及付款等方面；维护相关合同，确保所有信息及时更新；解决供应商相关的日常问题；供应商绩效管理；品类管理；主导并推动一些特定项目的实施；理解、接受并遵守日常工作中HSE相关管理规定；参与制定并执行对承包商的相关安全管理规定；直线经理安排的其他工作。

Who we are looking for:

本科或以上学历，物流，电子或机械材料等工科专业优先考虑；丰富的间接物料尤其是资产，基建, 物流，MRO，EHS采购的经验；良好的抗承压能力；擅长谈判；良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力；熟练操作Office,有ERP操作经验；良好的财务知识和良好的商业头脑；强大的数据及信息分析能力； 精通Excel和PowerPoint 。
