Buyer, Tail-end and Distribution Management(006527)
= Objectives =
• Negotiate with supplier for the most competitive price and/or purchase condition within given boundary
• Negotiate terms and conditions for contract, contract implementation & monitoring
• Provide effective solution to iBP meeting their requirements on Raw Materials purchases
• Execute Supplier Management
• Execute Risk Management and Single Source Management
• Communicate with GB Procurement Service for P2P process
• Manage the tender and bidding

= Main Tasks =
(Source to Contract):
• Identify the requirements of iBP such as specification, logistics requirements and demand development.
• Further development of processes of internal Tail end and Distribution Management (TAD), incl. definition of IT requirements.
• Preparation, execution and analysis of biddings and negotiations (RfX) for the materials / raw materials that are in scope of TAD.
• Preparation of implementation of frame contracts (RfX) based on the results of the biddings.
• TAD implementation in line with the respective team lead TAD:
- support of analysis of incoming offers
- support of implementation of final placings of offers to the distributors
- collecting and finalizing of master data for TAD products
- power user for trading platform (Coupa)"
• Follow the Buying Channel guideline
• Work with category team in case of emergency situation or support from category team is required
• Negotiate with supplier for claims for Very High NCM cases. For other priorities NCMs, be the escalation point for to get the feedback from supplier for improvement measure to prevent the same happening
• Collect required documents from supplier(s) for master data processes and internal/external Audits
• Approve R1 for PO / Outline Agreement in SAP and follow up approval until final release

(Others):
• Functional Responsibility: being led by TAD Team Leader
• Other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor or group leader


= Job Requirements =
• Bachelor degree, major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Economics, Business Management
• 3-5 years working experiences in procurement, sales, or commercial business management.
• Preferred to have experience on chemical purchase/sales
• Experienced with SAP
• Good communication and teamwork
• Fluent English, excel, high working efficiency
