The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces. **About the Job** An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Butler** to join **Jumeirah Al Naseem.** The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: + Greet and escort guests to their rooms, manage luggage, and provide a warm, personalized welcome experience. + Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored services, including arranging amenities and handling special requests. + Deliver seamless food and beverage service, maintaining deep knowledge of menu offerings and service etiquette. + Carry out guest registration, cashiering, and related administrative tasks while maintaining smooth and professional interactions. + Recognize and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective service recovery and escalation when necessary **About You** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in F&B is desirable, but not mandatory. + Fluent in English and Russian languages. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. **About the Benefits** At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
