We are looking for you to support our motivated front office/room service/housekeeping team from the coming winter season 2025/2026!
Key Responsibilities\nWelcoming and looking after VIP guests\nPreparing VIP guests' arrivals in coordination with room service\nCoordinating luggage together with the concierge team\nChecking VIP hotel guests in and out\nPerforming personal wake-up services in the hotel rooms\nAssisting guests with packing and unpacking their luggage and laundry\nOffering shoe shine services\nAdvising guests on current hotel offers and events\nReceiving and processing guest enquiries\nVarious reception, room service and housekeeping tasks\nUsing the Opera and Micros programmes\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nSuccessfully completed specialised training or comparable professional training\nAt least 2 years of experience in a butler function\n1-2 years of professional experience in a reception, F&B or housekeeping position in the upscale hotel industry\nKnowledge of OPERA is a prerequisite\nKnowledge of Micros POS system is an advantage\nExperience in working with VIP guests\nExpertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness\nStructured and organised way of working\nGreat interest in team-orientated work\nVery good knowledge of German and English; further language skills an advantage\n
