What will I be doing?
As a Butler, you will be part of the Front Office Team and will be the main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and the other hotel’s departments. A Butler Team Member truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Has to have a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, including services and outlets of all departments.Provide assistance and information to all guests in a professional and corteous way.Build a rapport with all in-house guests, ensure guests are recognized and obtain specific individual preferences (likes/dislikes) in order to maintain guest history and a high level of communication within the department. Maintain privacy and security of in-house guests and be continuously proactive in all areas of operationPrepare and check the arrival rooms, in-house guests and departure rooms as requestedThorough knowledge of all in-room services, amenities, functions, systems, as well OnQ systemFully responsible for the Amenities orders and delivery to the rooms on daily basisCoordinate with the laundry department for pressing, collection and delivery of our Guests’ belongingsOffer packing and unpacking services as requestedA Butler at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre engages with our Guests throughout the entire stay.
