Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury resort, preferably in butler, concierge, or guest relations.Strong knowledge of personalized guest service, housekeeping, and FB operations.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs.Proficient in hotel systems (preferably Opera) and basic computer applications.
