The Tiffany & Co. **Butler** plays a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience by providing discreet, attentive, and refined service to clients. This role includes offering food and beverage service, ensuring seamless hospitality throughout the client journey, and maintaining a polished and welcoming environment in a high-end retail setting. Mexico** and reflects our global commitment to luxury, quality, and exceptional hospitality. **Create and Coordinate Exceptional Client Experiences & Hospitality** + Deliver refined hospitality from the moment clients enter the store, ensuring an elevated Tiffany experience. + Anticipate client needs by learning preferences and partnering with Client Advisors to personalize food and beverage service. + Deliver high-touch formal service in both intimate and large client appointments. + Demonstrate a strong understanding of fine food, wine, and luxury service etiquette. + Provide clear explanations of menu items, offer thoughtful pairings, and engage clients with grace and professionalism. + Lead and motivate hospitality team members while upholding Tiffany standards. + Accurately take food and beverage orders and oversee delivery with impeccable timing. + Supervise hospitality areas to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and operational excellence. + Support ordering, receiving, and distribution of hospitality-related supplies. + Assist with appointment-based and daily in-store experiences, ensuring seamless and memorable interactions. + Perform all duties with discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail. **Optimize the Environment** + Maintain the overall cleanliness and visual standard of all hospitality zones. + Manage inventory of hospitality supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient storage. + Take initiative in cleaning, organizing, and preparing areas before and after client appointments. + Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitization, and food safety regulations. + Support special events and in-store experiences as needed. **Develop Industry Knowledge** + Gain an in-depth understanding of Tiffany products, heritage, and client service philosophy. + Engage clients through storytelling and brand knowledge. + Comply with store security, operational policies, and service protocols. + Stay informed on trends in hospitality and luxury retail to contribute to best-in-class service delivery. **Be an Ambassador** + Represent Tiffany’s values through impeccable appearance, behavior, and professionalism. + Foster a collaborative, positive, and respectful workplace culture. + Consistently embody Tiffany’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusivity. **Industry Experience** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium hotel service. + Customer service or food & beverage service experience is required. + Experience in luxury retail environments is highly desirable. **Technical Skills & Abilities** + Strong computer and technology literacy. + Fluency in **Spanish and English** is required; additional languages are a plus. **Preferred Certifications** + Food Safety Certification (e.g. ServSafe or equivalent in Mexico). + Wine Knowledge Certifications (e.g. WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers). + Hospitality Management Certification. + Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Barista Training or equivalent. **Personal Attributes** + Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail or service environment. + Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving capabilities. + Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction. + Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. + Passionate about service, teamwork, and delivering unforgettable experiences. + Available to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays. + Willingness to travel for training or special events, as needed. **Our Commitment** Tiffany & Co. is composed of many brilliant facets, people whose unique perspectives, creativity, and experiences strengthen our global community.
