Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized and intuitive service to VIPs and suite guests, acting as their single point of contact throughout their stay.Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their room, offering in-room check-in and personalized orientation.Handle guest preferences and special requests with utmost discretion, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring total satisfaction.Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security at all times.Support the wider Front Office and Rooms Division team as needed.
