We are looking for skilled Butchers, Deboners and Trimmers to join our team at Treburley near Launceston in Cornwall. The successful candidates will be required to undertake de-boning and trimming of beef carcasses to customer specification whilst ensuring maximum meat yield is achieved.

 

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm. As a trimmer you will receive a base rate of £12.21 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £15.32 p/h.

Responsibilities Boning and trimming beef products following customer specifications. Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure production runs smoothly. Maintain current yields and quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience of boning or trimming meat Previous experience of working in the food industryBe able to demonstrate good knife skills;Possess good communication and team working skills;Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service
