To support the Food & Beverage team in creating exceptional dining experiences by ensuring tables and service areas are clean, organized, and replenished, while providing courteous and efficient assistance to guests and team members.

What will I be doing?

\n

Guest Support & Table Service

\n\nPrepare tables for dining with proper linen, utensils, glassware, and water service.\nAssist servers with the delivery of bread, water, and other beverages.\nRefill guest beverages as needed and assist in providing additional items as requested.\nRespond to guest inquiries with courtesy and escalate concerns as appropriate.\n\n

Station Maintenance & Efficiency

\n\nClear and reset tables promptly and thoroughly between guests.\nMaintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, including chairs and floors.\nStock service stations with glassware, silverware, condiments, and other essentials.\nTransport dirty tableware and trays to the dishwashing area safely and efficiently. \n\n

Collaboration & Hospitality Standards

\n\nCollaborate with service staff to ensure smooth flow during peak periods.\nMaintain familiarity with menu items and assist with upselling beverages or specials when appropriate.\nEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.\nSupport in-room dining and banquet setups as needed.\n

Hilton Aruba is building on our legacy with the addition of the Westerly, a new beachfront tower, and Terrace on 10, The Westerly's adults-only rooftop lounge. Additional resort enhancements include upgrades to our rooms, public spaces, and restaurants and bars. These enhancements, including the opening of The Westerly, are anticipated to be complete by Late 2025.

Shore Club - Opening Summar 2025. Gilligan's is permanently closed and will be replaced with a brand-new restaurant, Shore Club!
