We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **AS A DIECAST BUSINESS UNIT, YOU WILL:** + Actively work in coordination with the different Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Quality departments to meet the goals and objectives of the company and clients, in the established measurables, Safety, Quality, Productivity, On-time deliveries, Waste reduction, Compliance to the different programs, 5,s, follow-up audits of improvement programs, etc. Also comply with the administration of both human and asset resources. + Lead the different groups at different levels in safety activities to achieve the goal of 0 accidents, define activities and provide follow-up to achieve the focus of the entire area on safety. + Meet product quality requirements, as well as meet the client's PPM goal, ensuring that the different controls implemented in the process are carried out. As well as minimizing scrap by minimizing process failures. + Achieve the client's productivity and production goals, carrying out analysis and decision-making activities to schedule the different products. It will also control the different inventories of ROW material, Finish good, partial, and suspicious material. + Participate in the design, implementation and start-up of different cost reduction and capital projects to maintain the established time and thus continuously improve the process. + Comply with the different maintenance metrics such as PM's, lubrication, predictive TPM's and Backlog as well as the MTTR and MTBF factor to have the machinery and equipment in the best operating conditions. + Comply with the established goals of the different improvement tool programs such as 5S, Best Practices, SMED, Kaizen and best practices. This will help keep the process and machinery in an optimal state to meet the client's requirements. + Manage human resources, building a pleasant work area that they can be proud of in order to create a stable and lasting work group, minimizing rotation at all levels. As well as managing the minimum amount of personnel required to meet the production goal and minimizing overtime. + Optimize monetary resources to provide the supplies, parts, tooling, and equipment necessary to maintain the entire operation in optimal conditions. + Work on compliance with procedures, controlling, maintaining, and updating both the process and the different safety, quality, production, and maintenance rules/procedures. + Maintain open communication with all staff, holding meetings with the different groups such as skill levels, communicating the status of the different metrics and the future plans of the area. + Monitoring OEE compliance by carrying out activities to maintain and control availability, performance and quality variables. **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:** + Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed. + Minimum 5 years in leadership positions in similar position + Strategic Leadership, human resources and project management, Organizational Culture, Decision making, Effective communication, Human Relations. Minimum 80% verifiable spoken and written English proficiency. Management of computer packages, Knowledge of Inventories (FIFO & LIFO), Knowledge of the 5 s, Basic Knowledge of Injection systems. + Management of Office packages.
