Your role:

Management and development of BU sales in the Czech RepublicFulfillment of goals and management of the BU budgetManagement and development of a team of subordinates, onboarding of new employeesPreparation of marketing plans for entrusted productsPreparation of business plans and their implementationPreparation of long-term strategic goalsIntroducing new products to the marketPersonal contact with VIP customers and KOLMarket monitoring and competitor analysisContact with product suppliersConducting business negotiationsBasic issues of product registration and price settingRegular contact with headquartersCooperation with other departments and divisions in the Czech Republic

Who you are:

University degree - medical or science education preferredAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position is a big advantageBusiness and marketing experience in the field of pharmacy is a requirementExcellent knowledge of both spoken and written languageActive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)Knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketEconomic knowledgeIndependent, flexible and communicative personalityHigh engagement
