**What You Will Do** We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. This is a strategic position for Argentina, where the individual will be part of the regional leadership team. The role involves leading the orthopedic business line, focusing on strategic execution and sales, while engaging directly with key customers. The orthopedic franchise includes products from the Joint Replacement, Hip, Knee, and Sports Medicine lines. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for creating connections with other areas of the company to overcome current challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the orthopedic business line, focusing on strategic execution and sales, while engaging directly with key customers. + Actively participate in field activities to ensure alignment with business goals. + Define sales quotas and ensure their effective distribution among sales representatives, monitoring progress and performance. + Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, including those for key products, ensuring their market success. + Engage in cross-functional collaboration with regional and global orthopedic leaders to align local strategies with regional and global objectives. + Participate in leadership meetings, contributing to the overall development and execution of orthopedic business strategies. + Identify training and development needs, coordinating with the training department to address skill gaps and enhance performance. + Drive overall sales growth and continuously evaluate and refine strategies to ensure the orthopedic business line’s sustained success and market leadership. **What you need:** **Required:** + Bachelor’s Degree + Advanced English Level + Previous Experience in Medical Devices Companies + Previous Experience in Multinational Companies + 10 years of Experience as a Sales Leader/Manager **Preferred:** + Previous experience in Orthopedic products Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
