The BUD is responsible for the business planning, management and execution for our Oncology and Hematology portfolio in Belgium & Luxembourg. The BUD will be acting as a leader of our organisation as part of the BeLux Leadership Team and will also contribute to the regional strategy by participating in relevant regional commercial networks within scope of BUD responsibility. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Owns the P&L for the Business Unit** + Sets compelling vision and inspire teams to drive strategic alignment and excellence in execution, to successfully deliver our performance objectives. + Signs off on consolidated BU business plans, financial forecasts, portfolio targets, resourcing allocation & P&L with the leadership team of J&J Belux. + Prioritizes resource allocation across core value teams and BU functions (marketing, sales and other technical expertise) + Achieves ambitious business objectives for the marketed portfolio and delivers competitive launch plans for the next launches, in line with business policies and guidelines and regional / local guidance. + Monitors, challenges and improves the BUs organizational effectiveness and efficiency (structure and processes). + **Leads and develops a high performing team** + Attracts, develops and retains team members with strong competitive skills and high integrity, in own team and the wider organisation. + Enables the consolidation of a high performing Belux organisation + Ensures Credo Values are demonstrated in the day to day interactions of all functions. + Leads by example in inclusion, competitiveness and innovation. + **Leads by example in external representation:** + Prioritizes outstanding customer satisfaction + Identifies and enables new opportunities, partnerships, insights and solutions that are sensitive to customer needs and market developments + Protects and further strengthens our trust and reputation + Strengthens J&J leadership in the innovative medicines market + **A** **cts as leader of the entire J&J Belux Organisation** + Brings constructive and meaningful contributions to the Belux Leadership team, supporting priorities within and beyond the BU scope. + Collaborates effectively with external and internal stakeholders to drive local alignment and strong implementation of strategic priorities. + Is a change agent during necessary transformation. + Role models compliant competitiveness, in line with Our Credo principles, HCBI, Regulatory and PV rules. + Manages risk, conducting business activities in compliance with ethical and legal requirements. + Embraces and lives the J&J Leadership imperatives. **Experience and Skills:** + Proven track record of senior leadership, engaging and building influence within matrix environments and cross functional teams. Excellent change management skills and experience in leading change. + Academic degree in business and/or science. Min. 10-15 years of experience in healthcare industry. + Working knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas, oncology/hematology especially would be an asset. + Understanding the health care system, structure and market dynamics in BeLux would be an asset. + International mobility and working experience in various countries preferred.
