Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal. Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow, and profoundly impact health for humanity. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com **Job Function:** Enterprise Management **Job Sub** **Function:** Commercial Management **Job Category:** People Leader **All Job Posting Locations:** Issy-les-Moulineaux, France **Job Description:** We are currently looking for the new Business Unit Director Electrophisiology for our MedTech organisation in France: Main roles' responsibilities: + Deliver on business objectives through the development of a winning plan for the Electrophysiology Business Unit in alignment with MedTech country strategy and regional & global franchise direction. + Implementation and execution of BW franchise strategies and translating them into specific local business objectives. + Managing 1 platform : AFIB + Plan Country sales targets and phasing, ensure sales targets delivered and follow up progresses + Building and executing strong and consistent marketing strategy for key products based on agreed roadmap + Focus on creating strong Marketing Plans followed by execution to drive growth and profitability + Lead new product launches/marketing programs and drive execution aligned with marketing plan and EMEA strategy + Ensuring effective communication and execution of business strategies and tactics to the relevant sales team + Meeting all relevant Gross Profit and Opex targets and reaching other relevant business indicators (P&L Management) + Sales Team leadership: Management of Sales teams activity to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. + People development, talent pipeline enrichment + Team coaching and reviewing performance on an ongoing basis + Close cooperation with EMEA COE’s / Franchise and local teams (ProfEd, KAM, HEMA, Support Functions) to accelerate market penetration and improve patient care services + Co-responsible for delivering JNJ MedTech business results. Provide leadership and strong collaboration in the MedTech country Board to drive next to BW the MedTech business strategy for Country – assess constantly organization, talent and performance of teams and drive transformation of MedTech in the Country Health Care Market to accelerate growth + Establishing and maintaining top-level contacts with KOLs and hospital management + Ensures all BU activities are in compliance with all local and company regulations, policies and procedures Team Management + Interviews, hires, trains and evaluates the performance of BU managers/director positions. + Administers promotions and incentives and provides motivation as needed. + Works with members of the regional Franchise team to improve product and company performance in the marketplace. + Develop successors through setting specific development plans for the sales team. + Reinforce and leverage diversity & inclusion in the workplace to drive innovation and strong business results Business challenges + Challenging environment focused on growth through innovation to meet the profitability expectations of the organization + Driving growth of a currently dynamic market + Identify and propose new opportunities outlining potential market segment and competitors, costs, potential price and sales forecast for the short and medium term + The businesses continue to grow through potential acquisitions and optimization of the portfolio so ensuring alignment of products with organizational strategies is critical. Main Requirements: + Degree in Science / Medicine and/or Business + 15+ years of sales & marketing experience with successful track record of growth. + 5+ years’ experience with BU leadership > 30 people / 50M$ + Strong P&L Management experience, including disposables, equipment & consignment. + International experience & cross-border roles + Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus
