Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Business Unit Controller (Independent Wholesale & On Premise Route To Market) to be based in the UK.

The Business Unit Controller (BUC) is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of the Independent Wholesale and On Premise Route To Market business unit, delivering sustainable growth in volume, distribution, value share, profit and net revenue. The role is pivotal in leading senior stakeholder engagement both internally and externally while ensuring best-in-class execution of Red Bull's strategic priorities within Booker and expanding 
distribution across the off / on premise universe.

The BUC will lead a team of 3 National Account Managers and 3 National Account Executives, driving commercial excellence, customer collaboration, and category leadership. As the primary owner of the business unit’s P&L, the BUC is responsible for optimising investment and ensuring the successful execution of Joint Business Plans.
