Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville is expanding its team with a new opportunity\! We are seeking a Business Travel Sales Manager to boost BTS sales volume by fostering relationships with new accounts and enhancing production with existing ones\. This on\-property role requires at least 2 years of experience in business travel sales management, with a preference for familiarity with the local Nashville market\. **What will I Be Doing?**
The Business Travel Sales Manager research, develop and solicit new LNR and CNR accounts along with some top Leisure accounts, while maintaining relationships with current accounts\.
+ Represent hotel by managing and maintaining existing relationships with key accounts\. As well as focusing on new IBT business development via research, cold calling, and telemarketing with exception of key national accounts\.
+ Qualify prospects for the consolidated HCS office
+ Management of some of the Top Leisure Accounts
+ Participate in industry related organizations, and local community to develop business\. Attain leadership status when possible\. Participate in the H\.O\.S\.T\. program\.
+ Develop and execute onsite and field presentations to prospective clients
+ Attend trade shows and participate in sales blitzes\.
+ Consistently meet or exceed sales goals\.
+ Develop and manage familiarization tours
+ Assist the department with projects and responsibilities deemed necessary\.
