Your Mission:You’ll be the driving force behind our Business Transient and Leisure Sales, cultivating meaningful relationships and securing standout accounts in a fast-paced, high-profile market.
Key Responsibilities:Prospect, pursue, and close new transient and leisure business opportunities
Build strong, lasting client relationships through thoughtful service and strategic outreach
Respond to leads with urgency and precision
Host in-person and virtual site tours and presentations
Prepare and execute contracts, track activity, and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of guest needs
Use negotiation savvy and creative sales tactics to maximize hotel revenue
You Bring:2+ years in hotel sales, ideally with experience in business transient or leisure market segments
Prior Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
A passion for hospitality, a proactive mindset, and an eye for opportunity
