Pay Rate:

$159,000 – 212,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Scope: Critical high impact, high visibility role that will sit on the Custom Packaging business lead team and will report directly to VP and GM of Custom Packaging. Key catalyst in the development and execution of the Custom Packaging business strategy to drive profitable growth, low cost position, and superior customer experience across 30+ sites & over 1500 employees. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of commercial, operational and analytical experience, along with the ability to influence across functions and levels.

 

The Job You Will Perform:

Direct contributor to deploying 80/20 strategy across business segments Actively engaged in assimilation of seven former DS Smith plants into Custom Packaging Facilitate the development, execution, and tracking of initiatives within the business segments in support of our 10 Quarter Strategic Plan Identify trends, risks and bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities using data analytics to  support the execution of the revenue growth plan Support the business in development of capital projects and tracking performance of investments Other duties as assigned

 

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

BS/BA in Related Field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Converting Packaging business -  Site Leadership, Operations and/or Sales Experience with equipment maintenance planning and operational efficiency metrics (e.g., OEE, uptime) Strong data analytics skills, including strong familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ERP/MES systems Strong ability to develop, analyze, and present complex data in a clear and compelling manner Business and Commercial Acumen Action oriented Collaboration Organizing Drive for results Resourcefulness Process management
