**Introduction** In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: • Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements. • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions. • Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time. **Required technical and professional expertise** * At least 5 years of experience in the sustainability department of an established consulting dealing with clients across a broad range of sectors. * Deep understanding of key corporate sustainability regulations (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CSDDD) and their disclosure requirements, combined to practical experience in producing associated deliverables. * Knowledge in the specificities of the corporate sustainability ecosystem and in particular the nascent CSRD value chain (consultants, providers etc). * Advanced technical knowledge to define ad-hoc methodologies for key customers (e.g. conduct a double materiality assessment, identify relevant ESRS to disclose, revamp a company’s sustainability strategy, etc). * Have an overall understanding of regulations and framework and how they relate to the CSRD regulation **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Have strong analytical and operational skills, intellectual rigor, as well as excellent written communication skills. * Identify relevant ESRS to disclose, revamp a company’s sustainability strategy * Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
