ABOUT THE TEAM
As a part of the broader Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) organization, the Business Transformation Services (BTS) team defines and evolves SAP’s global transformation advisory. We drive customer’s success in cloud adoption and business transformation hand-in-hand with regional teams and Enterprise Architects (EAs). The global BTS team plays a strategic role, defining and delivering SAP’s forward-thinking methodologies and industry-leading practices. We empower regional execution while embedding best practices and strategic insights, solidifying SAP’s position as a trusted transformation partner.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As a core member of the Global BTS team, you won’t just follow transformation - you’ll lead it. You’ll shape transformation and change methodologies, provide guidance and support in lighthouse customer engagements, and influence how companies across industries adopt SAP’s cutting-edge technologies. This is a high-visibility role where your ideas and leadership will drive global change. You'll be the force behind strategic initiatives - from co-designing service portfolios and advisory frameworks to championing adoption models that ensure lasting value for customers. This is your chance to lead board-level transformation engagements and help define what “best-in-class” looks like.

1. Define and Scale Global BTS Services
Refine transformation frameworks aligned with SAP’s Suite and AI First strategy Partner with regions to transform strategies into scalable, customer-centric solutions Create value-driven proof points and promote consistency in service delivery
2. Drive Strategic Integration across SAP
Act as a key connector between BT&A, EAs, and regional BTS teams Ensure that BTS services reflect industry best practices and drive tangible customer value Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of innovation across the global team
3. Build and Lead the Future of BTS
Help scale a global structure, rooted in collaboration, agility, and customer success Support regional teams on high-impact engagements and light-house projects Mentor and empower colleagues to deliver exceptional transformation outcomes
4. Respond with Agility to What Matters Most
Lead the charge on urgent management and board requests, ensuring swift, customer centric and strategic resolutions Coordinate global resources to meet business-critical needs with precision and impact
YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and transformation leader with:
7+ years of experience in large-scale business transformation projects - ideally across industries. Experience integrating AI and emerging technologies into transformation strategies. Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with SAP portfolio, especially with a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong program and change management skills, with the ability to design and lead scalable, value-driven transformation approaches. Proven ability to build business cases and value frameworks, aligning transformation initiatives with customer success and strategic goals. Global leadership experience, including working across cultures and regions to foster alignment, collaboration, and execution. Hands-on involvement in large-scale programs, strategic service initiatives, and innovation adoption, with a customer-centric mindset. Strong cross-functional and global collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent English Language skills, German Language skills is a plus.
