Responsibilities: Project Ownership & Execution End-to-end ownership of operational and technical projects such as NetSuite configuration, compliance automation, email platform migration, etc. Define project scope, drive execution, manage testing, and oversee seamless rollouts. Transition completed projects to appropriate business support teams (Sales, Purchasing, Operations). Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants for scope alignment and execution. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, etc.) and external consultants. Gather and refine requirements, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure alignment before deployment. System Testing & Troubleshooting Design and execute test plans to identify issues before release. Proactively identify roadblocks or inefficiencies and work with relevant teams to resolve them quickly. Sample Projects You May Lead Implement repeatable case labeling solutions that comply with packaging laws. Drive the standardization of distributor-level pricing using custom pricing records in NetSuite. Own, validate, and coordinate group wide rollout of system changes and new software platforms. Migrate customer service email systems from ZenDesk to Front. Spearhead conversions to upgrade NetSuite workflows. Skills and Qualifications: Must-Have Skills (Exceptional level required): Proficient in Excel and NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Ability to manage and deliver complex technical projects across multiple functions. Strong competency in creating, documenting and executing test plans. Ability to prioritize, unblock, and push initiatives to completion quickly. Streamline processes, create efficiencies, find and fix issues early. Other Desired Skills: Experience in the wine and/or distribution industry is a plus. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
