**Overview**
This role will have a strong grasp of business capabilities and create the bridge between business capability today and those required to deliver our business goals by proposing plans
to deliver, adopt and realize value of the solutions to meet Diageo strategic goals.
This role will support oversight D&T’s regional delivery, committed business outcomes for the region and ensuring changes are effectively adopted by business teams, as well as supports strategic prioritization within the functional or geographical area of accountability, ensuring value realization.
Role holder will have the capability and flexibility to collaborate and engage with customers and colleagues across levels and functions. S/he can work nimbly in a matrixed, global organization, managing independently while keeping others engaged and involving cross-functional colleagues as appropriate.
This role has works hand in hand with the D&T Head of Market and D&T Head of Delivery & Change, to enable regional portfolio investment prioritization, business case development, interdependency management, governance, value realization, quality delivery in market and aggregation of overall commitments from value streams and BAU for effective execution into the region.
This role will also support adoption and usage of existing systems working together with the Value Streams and other teams to maximize value. As needed, for priority systems, work with value streams and project managers to ensure proper change plans in place, including considering market capacity to absorb change.
This role is part of the Global Market - LAC Regional team which partners with the rest of D&T and s/he is expected to work with others in D&T and the markets to create plans and roadmaps for the market(s) / function(s) of accountability.

Market Scope, Accountability & Complexity
**Market Complexity:**
Digital & Technology relationship focus within a specific market(s). This includes products, technologies and services delivered by D&T. As needed, LAC regional representative or SPOC in D&T forums representing D&T LAC Regional team ensuring portfolio delivery and change agenda
**Top Accountabilities**
+ Support development of robust business case to facilitate effective and transparent strategic prioritization of D&T investment, including measures of success.
+ Support identification of high-level impact of change from development/transformation of identified business capabilities
+ Provide effective relationship management through transparent and outcome focused engagement with subject matter experts across the organization; identify technology interventions to meet business goals.
+ Support creating, aligning business capability roadmap defining the sequencing of capabilities and markets to access business value, including decommissioning/application rationalization plans.
+ Ensure quality delivery, usage, adoption and value realization of IT solutions and overall commitments from value streams and BAU for effective execution into the regional markets
**Qualifications and Experience Required**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
+ At least 2 years of responsibilities in IS or an IS focused business area
+ Experience in identifying and assessing business capability (and maturity) required to deliver strategic outcomes
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good business relationships
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams; excellent pan cultural impact and influencing skills
+ Has the foresight to see potential issues, performance challenges and risks, and has the necessary skills to influence and negotiate with the right people to maintain performance
+ Is comfortable (and resilient) working in a fluid, fast-changing environments under pressure with high levels of ambiguity
+ An understanding of both the current business’s industry and emerging business, consumer and technology trends
+ Ability to travel within the region as required
