The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work as part of a growing and dynamic specialist practice with a diverse team of highly successful engineers, scientists, technologists, and tax professionals. **Your key responsibilities** As an EY IT Senior Analyst, you will engage in discussions on the development of innovative software applications including areas such as software architecture design, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), cybersecurity, Blockchain and Distributed Systems, telecommunication, cloud computing and virtualization, data science and big data, and other high-tech fields with a host of industry leaders. You will be working with a variety of clients at the forefront of technology, from entrepreneurs to public corporations, to evaluate and help prepare their R&D and innovation-related incentives. Many of these incentives, such as the Research Credit, are aimed at encouraging companies to invest in innovation and research-driven activities in the United States. To avail themselves of these incentives, our clients are required to demonstrate their involvement in qualifying activities. As an EY IT Senior Analyst, you will assist our clients in documenting their qualifying activities by leveraging your software/computer engineering background along with your industry experience. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $81,500 to $134,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $97,800 to $153,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
